About The Role
BNY Mellon is seeking an Associate, Client Service I to join their remote team. In this role, you will provide support for wealth management electronic banking and bankcard products, ensuring clients receive high-level service. This includes managing transactions related to electronic banking, assisting with fraud prevention, and offering guidance on website navigation and account inquiries. As part of the team, you'll contribute to maintaining BNY Mellon's reputation for exceptional client service by offering "white glove" support and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.

About The Role
BNY Mellon is seeking an Associate, Client Service I to join their remote team. In this role, you will provide support for wealth management electronic banking and bankcard products, ensuring clients receive high-level service. This includes managing transactions related to electronic banking, assisting with fraud prevention, and offering guidance on website navigation and account inquiries. As part of the team, you'll contribute to maintaining BNY Mellon's reputation for exceptional client service by offering "white glove" support and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Support transactions and processes related to Wealth Management electronic banking and bankcard products, including resetting user passwords and providing account information.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining bankcards, addressing online banking fraud, and guiding clients on website usage.
- Respond to and follow up on emails from internal BNY partners, providing information regarding electronic banking products.
- Apply and enforce government, firm-wide, and Wealth Management fraud policies.
- Offer "white glove" service to Wealth Management Clients, helping them with website access, login issues, and understanding account transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Customer service experience and/or financial services experience preferred.
- Ability to work Sunday - Thursday from 11:30am to 8:00pm ET.
- Strong communication skills and ability to offer high-level customer service.
