We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. This role is part client support liaison and part growth specialist – ensuring that our clients receive a white glove experience through our bespoke service model. The position, ideal for someone with a passion for building relationships, growing product sales and an interest in the wellness industry, will support both RD3MG and our sister company, New Solutions – a compounding pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a book of business – directly managing assigned client accounts with a focus on client retention and account growth
- Manage the client relationship, including onboarding of new clients, providing consultative support and education, processing orders and setting the growth strategy for each owned account
- Solicit feedback and monitor client satisfaction of assigned accounts
- Address client issues and concerns; identify appropriate steps to resolve issues
- Utilize data mining and management techniques to identify client trends
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals
- Utilize online platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, HubSpot Sales Hub, etc.) to track and manage accounts and communicate
- Work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in sales, marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of previous account management and sales experience with proven success closing business and growing accounts
- Previous experience in well care, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a related field
- Self-motivated, competitive and highly driven to exceed set goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficient in using online communication tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced high-growth organization
- Must have a fast and reliable internet connection for remote work
