Role Summary
We are hiring a Client Outreach Specialist to support our research activities, expert outreach, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with high-volume outreach, and be highly organized.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential experts via calls and messages.
Clearly explain project requirements and schedule interviews.
Follow up with experts while maintaining professional communication.
Assist in identifying suitable experts based on client needs.
Gather and organize industry information for research tasks.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and expert data.
Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday: 9 working hours per day (within 8am–10pm)
Sunday: 4.5 working hours
Saturday: Off
Location: Remote
Compensation
Base Salary: $300/month (when work hours, 20 calls/hour, and credit targets are met)
$200/month if monthly credits fall below 20
Commission: $10 per credit
Payment: Monthly via bank transfer
