Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Client Account Manager based in Singapore. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any client inquiries or concerns. The role includes onboarding new clients, assisting clients in optimizing their use of the Meeedly platform, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, you will analyze client feedback and contribute to improving our services.

Qualifications
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting customer queries and delivering tailored solutions
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, especially Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or technology environment is advantageous
