About Your New RoleAs a Circuit Delivery Coordinator within our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing third-party resources, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders with specified quality standards. This role involves communicating regularly with project managers, reviewing sales orders, prioritizing workload, driving escalations when necessary, and maintaining effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams. **This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote opportunity.**Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned project managers and the PM team in the provisioning of new orders to business customers for internet, voice, and SDWAN services.
  • Process carrier orders, including but not limited to, new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects.
  • Ordering Voice Services including Phones & Porting Numbers
  • Request & Manage Dispatches
  • Manage third-party resources, both internal and contracted, to ensure timely delivery of customer orders meeting specified quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, providing updates throughout the delivery cycle.
  • Prioritize and manage daily workload effectively.
  • Drive escalations as necessary to achieve results and act as a liaison for customer or carrier orders.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, vendors, sales teams, and peer organizations.
  • Status large project installations, communicating order status accurately.

What You'll Need For Success

  • 1+ Years of experience within the telecommunications industry.
  • Internet Circuit ordering with Carriers preferred
  • VOIP experience strongly recommended.
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
  • Experience managing escalations independently.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and soft skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Team player with a passion for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.

The Pay Range For This Role Is45,000 - 60,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
