Position OverviewAs the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will spearhead the technological vision and development of our innovative financial solutions. You will leverage your expertise in AI and software engineering to enhance our platform's capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of decentralized finance (DeFi) and traditional systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can guide our tech team in creating secure, efficient, and user-friendly financial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the technological strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative financial solutions, emphasizing AI-driven technologies.
  • Oversee system architecture, ensuring robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and agility within the tech team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a focus on FinTech and startup environments.
  • Proven experience in AI development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in finance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
