We’re a growing team of around 50 employees spread across five key departments, all working remotely to build something truly special. Currently, we're raising capital, and this position will offer equity as the primary form of compensation in the short term, with the potential for salary once fundraising is complete.

Role Description

We are seeking a remote Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team at AllPeople Marketplace. As COO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the business by overseeing operations, developing and executing strategies, managing finances and budgets, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business planning and operations management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in finance and budgeting
Ability to make strategic decisions that drive business success
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces is a plus
