Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, young, and passionate individual to join our founding team as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and passionate about gaming industry, technology, and operations, with strong leadership qualities, excellent team management skills, scaling startups, revenue generation, and forming strategic partnerships. This role requires someone with a growth mindset and the ability to drive our company’s mission forward.

Key Details :

  • Duration: Full-time or part-time,
  • Location : Remote
  • No salary or equity during the 3-month probation period ( Moonlight Period ).
  • After the probation period, if you fit well with the team dynamics and perform well, shares will be issued.
  • There is an option to invest in the company for additional shares.
  • After the probation period, if you are a good fit, transitioning to a full-time role is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1 . Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the seamless execution of business processes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and optimize operational workflows.

2. Team Building and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and build strong, high-performing teams across various departments.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain top talent to support the company’s growth and innovation.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional development.

3. Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term strategies.
  • Drive business growth through innovative initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Partnership and Collaboration:

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance the company’s offerings and market presence.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to maximize value and minimize risks.

5. Marketing and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

6. Tournament Hosting and Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of esports tournaments and events.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for participants and audiences.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve tournament operations and engagement.

7. Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure company policies and procedures align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits to validate compliance and operational integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.

8. Qualifications:

  • Current/Completed MBA from a top-tier business school preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or partnerships within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry, technology, and market trends.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passionate about the gaming industry with a drive for continuous learning and growth.
