This is a full-time remote role for a CEO based in Latvia, with responsibilities spanning the European Union region. The CEO will oversee strategic planning, operational management, and business development activities. They will lead cross-functional teams, establish and execute business goals, and ensure the organization's growth and success across the EU market. The CEO will also represent the company in key partnerships, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive sales initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
- Strong expertise in Finance and Strategic Planning to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning to ensure efficient processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Proven ability to lead successful Sales initiatives and build relationships with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the European business environment and regulations is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
