Position Overview:

The Category Manager is responsible for driving strategies focused on equipment management, pricing, and market analysis. This role’s primary responsibilities will involve harnessing analytics and insights to shape, prioritize, and execute category initiatives across our 45+ locations nationwide, ensuring that our category strategy is aligned with business goals.

Location:

Position will be primarily remote with occasional travel (approximately 10%) required. Ideal candidate will be located in one of the following states/areas: AZ, CA, CO, DC, GA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement category strategies for new clinic setups, including pricing and equipment
  • Evaluate, execute, and analyze equipment requests for existing clinics to align with business goals
  • Manage pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue, stay competitive in each market, and maintain margins
  • Conduct quarterly competitive analysis to identify pricing, promotion, and equipment trends, and create actionable plans
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and supply chain teams for seamless execution
  • Monitor KPIs to assess and adjust category strategies as needed
  • Support additional analytics projects within the marketing function
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (will vary)
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ of relevant experience with success in analytics and category management; management consulting or strategy experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to independently solve challenges
  • Project management and organizational skills; able to manage many initiatives and priorities simultaneously and on time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds

**Compensation Range: **$95,000 - $115,000*

*Compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, experience, location, etc.
