Call Center Representative


CLIENT OVERVIEW::

A US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies, seeks an accomplished Call Center Representative for a fully remote role.


JOB OVERVIEW:

*** JOB TITLE: Call Center Rep


*** JOB LOCATION: 100% Remote / Work from Home role

*** CANDIDATE LOCATION: Must reside in TX.

*** DURATION: 6 Months + Temp-to-Hire


*** START DATE: 07/07/25

*** PAY RATE: $16.50/hr on W2 for Bilingual candidates ($16/hr for English-only candidates)

*** POSITIONS: 16 openings; Bilingual & monolingual (English-only) candidates can also apply


*** TRAINING PROVIDED: 2-3 weeks

*** SHIFT: 8-hour shift (between 7 am to 7 pm PT)

*** BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work (no equipment provided):

  1. Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS
  2. MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher.
  3. Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: At least HS diploma / GED.
  • Bilingual: English & once of the following - Cambodian, Cantonese, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Lao, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
  • Desired: Previous Call Center / Customer service experience


  • START DATE: 07/07/25 (FIX) – will not be changed for individual candidates, applicant must be able to start on this date.
