Job Overview:

As a Commission-Based Caller, you will play a key role in our growth by reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and closing sales. You will be responsible for selling our tutoring packages and helping learners find the best options for their English education needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads to introduce our tutoring packages.
Build rapport with potential customers and understand their learning goals.
Present our tutoring packages and explain the benefits of online English lessons.
Close sales by effectively guiding leads through the decision-making process.
Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.

Compensation:

Commission: You will receive 10% commission for every sale during your first two months.
Post-2 Months: After the initial period, you will receive a basic salary in addition to 50% commission for every successful sale.
Our tutoring packages start from $490, meaning your initial commissions will be at least $49 per sale.

Requirements:

A laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills in English.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Confidence in cold calling and lead follow-up.
Ability to stay organized and track client interactions.
