Business Development Lead

We are looking for a proven & progressive professional with 4-8 years of credible professional work experience in Sales, Business Development & Market expansion; the one with a strong intent for action and getting things done swiftly with planned efforts to scale the outreach of 3AI amongst the external ecosystem – global & Indian enterprises, GCCs, consulting & technology firms, pure-play analytics providers, BPM & Cloud firms, niche & boutique startups.
This role is focused on expanding outreach and scale of 3AI by building corporate partnerships, creating and converting business development initiatives into closure and work on multiple business initiatives at 3AI. The professional will have a strong external outreach approach, marketing & business development attributes and ecosystem management experience in roles with direct ownership for driving corporate partnerships and business development activities:
Salient Role Expectations & Attributes:
· Develop business development leads to closure cycle, manage corporate relationships at senior levels and execute plans for key partnerships and initiatives
· Be a growth driver for scaling business through demonstrated success from partnerships & alliances
· Responsible for managing stakeholders relationships to identify potential new leads, and growth opportunities with external outreach to the ecosystem
