We're Hiring: 100 Business Development Executives (BDEs) – HealthTech Domain (Pan India)

Ambula is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for 100 passionate Business Development Executives (BDEs) across India to onboard doctors and clinics into our suite of digital health tools and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners in your area
- Pitch and onboard them onto Ambula’s Doctor App (Teleconsultation, EMR, ABHA services, and more)
- Explain the features and benefits of our SaaS tools to doctors and ensure smooth onboarding
- Follow up and assist doctors to drive adoption and paid plan upgrades
- Build trust and long-term relationships with onboarded doctors
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in regional language + Hindi or English
- Sales mindset with the ability to explain tech products simply
- Fresher or experienced – both welcome! Training will be provided
- Prior experience in medical sales, pharma, or SaaS is a plus
- Smartphone and familiarity with basic mobile apps
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently in their locality
Location:
Work-from-your-location (Pan India – Rural, Semi-urban & Urban areas)
Compensation:
Purely performance-based as per market standards
