Who We Are:

We're a small but passionate group running a trivia gaming company that brings fun to the workplace. We believe work doesn't have to be all business and no play, and we're on a mission to prove it to companies everywhere.

About the Role:

Are you a self-motivated go-getter who's ready to wear many hats? We're looking for someone hungry to drive our business growth and keep the day-to-day operations humming. While our Chief Trivia Officer cooks up awesome trivia content, you'll be the mastermind behind expanding our reach and making sure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Fueling Growth:

  - Dream up and execute strategies to get our trivia games into more places.

  - Spot new opportunities and think outside the box to boost our presence.

  - Keep a pulse on industry trends to stay ahead of the game.

- Running the Show:

  - Oversee daily operations—you'll be the glue that holds everything together.

  - Streamline processes and come up with ideas to make us better and faster.

  - Manage budgets and resources like they're your own (because they kind of are).

- Collaborating Closely:

  - Work hand-in-hand with our CTO to align business goals with our awesome content.

  - Communicate openly and bring your energy to our tight-knit team.

- Building Relationships:

  - Connect with clients, partners, and anyone else who can help us grow.

  - Be the face of our company at events, meetings, and casual coffee chats.

Who You Are:

- A self-starter who's excited about making a big impact in a small team.

- Experience in business development, operations, or just being an all-around hustler.

- A strategic thinker with a knack for solving problems on the fly.

- An excellent communicator with a fun, approachable vibe.

- Passionate about gaming, trivia, or making work more enjoyable for others.

- Comfortable working independently and taking the initiative without hand-holding.

What You'll Get:

- A key role in shaping the future of our company.

- The freedom to bring your ideas to life without wading through corporate red tape.

- A flexible, casual work environment—we're all about results, not rigid schedules.

- The chance to make work more fun for companies around the world.
