Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Human Resources to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services to both academic and administrative units. As a leader in higher education, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration within our institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to department managers and supervisors on HR policies and practices, including performance management and recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for diverse staff and academic roles.
  • Counsel employees on various work-related matters and facilitate termination interviews when necessary.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions while managing employee performance evaluations and leaves of absence.
  • Analyze trends in HR and propose actionable recommendations to enhance service delivery.
  • Promote and nurture an inclusive workplace environment within the department.

  • Understanding of HR initiatives and their organizational impacts is preferred.

Compensation And BenefitsThis is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary range of \(81,000 - \)89,000, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also available, facilitating a rewarding work-life balance.
