Day-to-Day

• Handle first-party and third-party auto, premises liability and general liability files from intake through resolution
• Draft answers, discovery responses, and dispositive motions in New York state and federal courts
• Take plaintiff and treating-physician depositions within the first year
• Argue substantive and discovery motions in court (remote appearances where permitted)
• Second-chair jury trials across the state within 18–24 months
