Responsibilities:

• Manage defense litigation cases from inception to resolution, including those that proceed to trial.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and in-depth case analysis.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions, including those of plaintiffs and expert witnesses.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of defense litigation experience.
