Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Project Teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our clients.
  • Define project scope and effectively communicate client standards.
  • Oversee project quality control and file preparation, ensuring all aspects meet the highest standards.
  • Facilitate communication among architects, engineers, designers, and technicians for seamless project flow.
  • Support vendor and contractor communications, integrating all information into the project.
  • Manage urgent project requests and assist the Client Manager in external communications.
  • Foster collaborative relationships within project teams and mentor team members on best practices.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of project information to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain design intent and document consistency while adhering to quality assurance policies.

Required Skills

  • Strong comprehension of design, construction methodologies, and architectural systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD drafting, with a preference for Revit expertise.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including public speaking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, showcasing proven organizational skills.
