Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Virtual Assistant to help manage and optimize our Amazon store. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone with prior experience in Amazon Seller Central and a strong grasp of e-commerce practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings (creation, updates, keyword optimization)
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for restocking
Handle customer service messages and reviews
Track and report on sales and performance metrics
Conduct product research and competitor analysis
Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (optional)
Assist with order processing and fulfillment coordination

Requirements:

Prior experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus
