Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at Owneso Legal Consulting. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing US family law form administrative support, uploading files in mycase, coordinating with their clients, splitting pdf, handling phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills. Daily tasks will include organizing files, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with general office tasks.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Clerical Skills proficiency
  • Experience working on mycase, pdf
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Associate's degree in law is mandatory
