About The RoleThe Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of tasks involving the support of our Executive Leadership Team and admin tasks. This role will work closely with teams in the US and UK. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Performing general administrative duties, including diary management, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Executive Leadership Team and employees in the UK and US.
  • Maintaining organized files and records, both electronically and physically.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Supporting team members with various projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • One or more years of related professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
