The Account Executive position at KOR UNLIMITED is focused on product-based selling of advanced digital marketing solutions like Listing Syndication, Reputation Management, Social Media Engagement, and Inbound Marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in needs-based selling, client relationship management, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends. The role requires one to three years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle pricing discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and enhance customer experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track progress.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging.
  • Participate in training and workshops to enhance sales and negotiation skills.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales approaches and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Certification in Sales or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in selling digital marketing solutions or related services.
  • Commission-Based Compensation: Experience in working within a commission-only or performance-based compensation structure, demonstrating the ability to thrive in such a setting.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proven experience in generating leads, cold calling, networking, and converting prospects into clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, particularly in a consultative sales environment.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Experience negotiating contracts, discussing pricing, and closing sales with clients across various industries.
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and maintain follow-ups.
  • Remote Work Experience (Preferred): Experience in a remote work environment, showcasing the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals without direct supervision.
