Overview of the Role:

Our client seeks a Recruitment Manager to join the Recruiting Team and contribute to various projects with multicultural teams worldwide. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical abilities, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

As part of the team, you will:

- Collaborate in defining and executing the talent attraction strategy.

- Plan alternative recruitment scenarios based on business needs.

- Design and validate best practices for attracting, searching, and selecting professionals for our vacancies in collaboration with Leaders and Managers.

- Provide innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the selection processes, methods, and technology.

- Prepare reports and metrics.

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

- Advanced English (spoken and written).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting.

- Experience in leading teams of at least 5 people.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of the IT market, including development professionals and business profiles.

- Good command of English for day-to-day communication.
