Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of large, complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the healthcare spectrum.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business intelligence, and healthcare operations, to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
  • Create predictive models and dashboards to visualize insights and support business decisions.
  • Use advanced statistical techniques to uncover actionable insights and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance in all analyses and reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing support on complex analytical challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytic requirements and deliverables.
  • Drive innovation in data analytics through advanced tools, techniques, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
  • Strong experience with large datasets and database management (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, AWS).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and present them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
