Job DescriptionThe HR Service Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR Service Center, including pre-employment processes, data entry, and the coordination of HR Service Center team members. This role is responsible for ensuring that HR-related transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. The Manager will supervise the HR Service Center Coordinators and will play a key role in streamlining workflows and improving service delivery.

  • Oversee and manage the pre-employment processes, including background checks, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
  • Manage the data entry team to ensure accurate and timely updates to employee records across multiple HR systems (Workday, ADP, Ceridian).
  • Supervise and provide guidance to HR Service Center Coordinators, ensuring team performance and service delivery meet established standards.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticketing system to track HR inquiries, requests, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to resolve issues and improve HR Service Center processes.
  • Analyze workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the HR Service Center.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Generate regular reports on team performance, transaction accuracy, and service response times, identifying areas for improvement.

QualificationsEducation and ExperienceRequired

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience in a senior HR Service Center role, or similar.

Preferred

  • Experience in an HR shared services environment

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, and Ceridian is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Travel

  • Occasional travel required (5%-33%)

Benefits

  • Salary $72,000-$96,000 (based on experience)

Additional InformationIn the course of employment, you will be required to travel to and/or work at a client site. The company requires employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to travel commercially and many clients require visitors performing work at their locations to be vaccinated.
