HR Intern – Talent & Operations (Remote)

Nomoex is a live and growing crypto exchange, part of the broader MBT Group— a venture ecosystem spanning Web3, decentralised infrastructure, gaming, renewable energy, and real estate. With rapid expansion across multiple projects, we’re hiring an HR Intern to help build, manage, and scale our talent pipeline across the group.
As an HR Intern, you'll support recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and HR operations across MBT Group’s active and upcoming ventures. You'll work closely with the leadership and hiring teams to help source top talent, coordinate interviews, and build HR processes for a fast-growing multi-project organisation.
- Write and publish job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
- Source and screen candidates for various roles (marketing, fundraising, design, dev, etc.)
- Maintain and update hiring trackers, interview schedules, and candidate databases
- Assist in offer letter preparation, documentation, and onboarding follow-ups
- Coordinate with hiring leads across different MBT projects
- Support internal communication, task tracking, and candidate outreach
- Work with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Telegram, and Gmail
- Are enthusiastic about HR, recruitment, and working in startup environments
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Are familiar with Google Sheets, basic HR coordination tools
- Can manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Want real exposure to Web3, tech, and startup hiring processes
- Bonus: Experience in Telegram hiring or previous HR internships
- Type: Remote | 3–6 months
