Core Responsibilities:

  • Frontline Support: Act as the first point of contact for Hebrew-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with inquiries related to platform usage, subscription management, and basic technical issues (e.g., streaming quality, device compatibility).
  • Account Management: Guide users through sign-ups, billing questions, and account modifications.
  • Resolution Focus: Resolve issues quickly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and solutions within our internal systems.

Candidate Essentials

We are looking for individuals who can work effectively from home and meet our core language and location requirements.

  • Language Fluency: Fluent/Native Hebrew (written and spoken) is required.
  • English: Good proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for training and internal communication.
  • Location: You must be located within Lithuania. This is a fully remote role, and no relocation package is provided.
