We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team in a flexible, fully remote capacity. This role offers complete freedom of hours, giving you the flexibility to work whenever and wherever you are most productive. You’ll be responsible for driving the marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing our digital presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Create engaging content and campaigns to grow followers, boost engagement, and drive traffic.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, from content creation to list management and analytics.
  • Personalize campaigns based on audience segmentation and track key performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, etc.).

SEM:

  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI, including A/B testing and performance monitoring.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visuals, graphics, and videos that align with brand standards.

Lead Generation:

  • Drive demand generation efforts through content, paid advertising, and social strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns to drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and retention.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Adapt marketing strategies to meet evolving market conditions and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, or social media management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEM, Google Analytics, and social media metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Canva, etc.
