About The Job

This is an exciting opportunity to be leading product deployment at the executive level within a wide variety of organizations and deployment types, from single sites to national rollouts.

You will be responsible for managing two key areas: onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients. We are passionate about ensuring clients have a fantastic product experience throughout their journey, and become evangelists for the technology. We are looking for team members that share this passion for excellence and efficiency.

Once a client purchases gunshot detection, our team is responsible for assisting them in deploying their system. This can involve working with multiple departments within their organization, as well as external parties such as local law enforcement. Onboarding ultimately concludes with a live fire test of the system with local police, to fully prove out the system capabilities.
