What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily to assist customers
Provide information on payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage inquiries
Discuss customer benefits such as Paperless options, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
Minimum of 6 months call center experience
Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
Availability during business hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; Saturday 8am - 12pm

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the mortgage industry or financial services
Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
