Position: Business Development Executive – Commission-Based (Remote)
Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team on a commission-based model. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting Remotivly’s remote assistant services, and expanding our client base globally. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated by results, eager to earn commissions, and confident in building client relationships from scratch. Your primary focus will be to drive growth through lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
· Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline.
· Promote Remotivly’s remote assistant services to potential clients worldwide.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with individual professionals and businesses.
· Create and present tailored solutions, proposals, and pitches to meet client needs.
· Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to achieve revenue goals.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and supported.
· Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Requirements:
· Experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in remote services, outsourcing, or digital solutions is a plus).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and effectively in a commission-based role.
· Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed targets.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
