These positions are responsible and accountable for developing, refining, and understanding business requirements, use cases, and testing standards for client applications.

This includes the overall functional and non-functional requirements for applications, business rules, data dictionaries and flows, reporting, user interfaces, as well as any other business driven processes, rules, or design points that are necessary to meet the expected usability for new and existing applications for client and external stakeholders. These positions also serves as a data liaison between business program area assigned and the information systems project team. The positions provides support to staff around business processes and practices that drive client data. The ability to retain in-depth programmatic knowledge is needed to provide useful analysis and interpretation of data and trends in the program area assigned. Duties include working with key IT partners towards solutions. Balancing multiple tasks is essential.
